Mardi Gras Ball Dinner Menu
This year’s Mardi Gras Ball menu was curated by Mr. David Nvodjo, Executive Chef at Le Méridien Washington, D.C., The Madison. Mr. Nvodjo tapped into his Ghanaian roots to bring to life our vision to infuse some touches of Louisiana Creole cuisine into the menu. We gave him the assignment, and he delivered! We hope you enjoy this year’s menu as much as we enjoyed it at the food tasting.
